At MembersAlliance we like to say, “Bank Easy. Save More. We Can Help.” When it comes to our loans, they aren’t just designed to save our members money.  A variety of payment options are available to make life easier as well.

With a variety of ways to make you loan payment, we will separate them into 2 categories: making your loan payment from your MembersAlliance checking or savings account and making your loan payment from an account outside of MembersAlliance.

When making your payment from a MembersAlliance account you can pay by:

  • Our WebDirect online banking platform
  • Our mobile banking app
  • Our Teledirect automated phone system
  • Visiting any of our locations
  • Completing a payment form and dropping it in any of our available night drops or through the US mail (Mail to 2550 S. Alpine Rd, Rockford, IL 61108).

When making your payment from an account outside of MembersAlliance you can pay by:

  • Completing a payment form, writing a check and dropping it in any of our available night drops or through the US mail (Mail to 2550 S. Alpine Rd, Rockford, IL 61108).
  • Completing a payment form, writing a check and visiting any of our locations
  • Using your online bill payment service through the bank or credit union you have your checking account at.
  • RECENTLY ADDED: Use our ProPay convenience loan payment option and pay using your non-MembersAlliance debit card or checking account information either over the phone or online HERE. Please note: ProPay charges a $4.95 convenience processing fee for transactions. Payments made through ProPay before 3:30pm (Mon.-Fri.), 11:30am (Sat.) will be applied the same business day. Payments made after these times will be applied the following business day.
    • At this time, while we remain under shelter in place orders related to the COVID-19 pandemic, all $4.95 processing fees for using the ProPay service are being waived.
