Instant transfer
Complete a loan payment from your checking or savings account in a few taps through digital banking.
• Select Transfer from the dashboard tiles or the menu:
• Select the account you would like to pay with and the loan you would like to transfer to
• Enter the amount
• Select More Options to set up automated transfers with the option to choose the frequency and date
• Click submit
Note: Visa Credit Card payments can be made with this method like other loans, but they cannot be automated. Please see "For Visa Credit Card Payments" section on this page for directions to set up automated payments using the Visa Credit Card Portal.
Automated phone call system transfers
This complementary service allows you to connect to our automated phone call system to complete your loan payment. To use this service, see TeleDirect Directions.

Make your payment from another bank

Schedule automated transfer from another bank
Contact MembersAlliance for an automated transfer payment form. Drop off a voided check from the bank you are making payments from and the completed form at a branch nearest you, any of our available night drops, or send through the US mail (Mail to 2550 S. Alpine Rd, Rockford, IL 61108).
Pay with debit card from another bank
Use our ProPay convenience loan payment option and pay using your non-MembersAlliance debit card or checking account information either over the phone or online.
Note: ProPay charges a $4.95 convenience processing fee for transactions. Payments made through ProPay before 3:30pm (Mon.-Fri.) or 11:30am (Sat.) will be applied the same business day. Payments made after these times will be applied the following business day.
Online bill pay from another bank
Most banks and credit unions allow you to transfer or schedule payments using your online bill payment service through the bank or credit union where you have your checking account. To find your loan account information to set up online bill payments you can log into MembersAlliance digital banking or stop into a location nearest you.

For Visa Credit Card Payments
Our Visa Credit Cards have a special portal for everything you need to manage your credit card. To access the portal, log onto your digital banking and select the credit card tile, then click the credit card option.
- First add the bank account you would like to pay with. Select the Payments menu option then Payment Accounts. Click the button Add Payment Account and follow the prompts to add your bank as a payment method. MembersAlliance and other banks can be added using this method.
- Once your payment method is set up you can either schedule a one-time payment by selecting Payments>Make A Payment menu option or you can set up automatic payments by selecting Payments>Automatic Payments.
Branch location drop off
Visit any of our locations either during the regular hours to do an in-person payment or drop your payment off at our night deposit locations for next business day payments.
