Member Support Specialist - In this role, you will handle member inquiries concerning their accounts by phone and in person. Will also assist with inquiries concerning their membership, checking, and other accounts as well as general questions concerning their loan and Visa accounts. Will also take member requests for wire transfers, assist members that have fraudulent activity occurring on their account and any other assistance they may need. Requires HS Diploma/Equivalent and at least 1 to 3 years of related experience. Locations: Rockford branch at Alpine and Harrison
Member Solutions Specialist/Teller – This position is responsible for assisting Members and potential Members with their financial needs. You will learn our products and fulfill additional product opportunities and of course, you will be responsible for balancing your cash drawer and matching it with your daily transactions. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and at least 1 year of cash handling/customer service experience. Locations: New branch in Roscoe, IL
Member Solutions Expert – Our Experts provide a knowledgeable source for the financial needs of our members. This position is responsible for providing adequate and timely assistance to members with all aspects of their Credit Union requests. This includes CDs, IRAs, opening and closing memberships, title work and other financial transactions. Requires a HS Diploma/Equivalent and at least 2 years of similar experience in a bank or credit union. Locations: Rockford branch at Olde Creek and Mulford.
Lead Loan Officer – The Lead Loan Officer is responsible for the support and backup of Loan Officers, and assistance in the development of loan programs. Participating with and coaching Loan Officers towards increasing loan disbursements and credit limits to meet/exceed branch goals. Assumes the responsibilities of the Loan Manager in their absence and provides support and recommendations to the Loan Officers concerning underwriting decisions on loans according to the credit union policy. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent 3 to 5 Years of directly related experience. Locations: Rockford branch on Olde Creek and PerryVille
Loan Officer – Our Loan Officer completes the lending interview process by phone or in person. Also prepares opening and closing documents on consumer loans and Visas. Responsible for performing closings on home equity loans. Evaluates the amount of risk involved in extending credit as well as the financial position of the Member. Requires a HS Diploma/Equivalent and at least 1 year of prior experience as a Loan Officer. Locations: Rockford branch at Alpine and Harrison
