Open Positions:

Member Solutions Associate/Teller - This position is responsible for assisting Members and potential Members with their financial transaction needs. You will learn our products and fulfill additional product opportunities for our members and of course, you will be responsible for balancing your cash drawer and matching it with your daily transactions. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and prior cash handling and customer service experience is preferred. Location: Alpine and Olde Creek locations.

Indirect/Online Loan Processor – This position is responsible for a variety of duties regarding the membership, administrative, and processing functions of the indirect auto and online membership/loans. Knowledge about loan paperwork, necessary documents loan funding, follow-up, insurance company contacts, appreciation letters, final loan file verification, as well as creating online memberships for borrowers.  May also assist with title updates and the entry of application data.  Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and prior experience with auto loan processing. Location: Admin office in Loves Park.

Loan Servicing Associate - Our Loan Servicing Associate is responsible for helping our members achieve financial health. This includes the day-to-day tasks regarding the servicing functions related to mortgage and home equity loans. You will correspond with members regarding the servicing including payoffs, releases from title companies, the recorder’s office and the member Assists with insurance records and escrow accounts. Overall loan servicing responsibilities. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and prior experience in mortgage servicing. Location: Admin office in Loves Park.
