Our Financial Care Team is readily available to assist our members who find themselves experiencing financial hardship.

What you can expect from the Financial Care Team:

  • We are here to listen regarding your financial concerns and personal situations.
  • We will work with you on a one-on-one basis to help you manage your outstanding credit balance(s) if you are experiencing financial challenges.

  • Together we will work with you to come up with a solution that best fits your monthly budget.

We understand how overwhelming financial challenges can be. The Financial Care Team may be able to help. We encourage you to speak to one of our Financial Care Team staff first before making any decision, especially bankruptcy.

Lost or Stolen Card

To report a lost or stolen debit card, please call us immediately at 800-426-9757.

To report a lost or stolen credit card, please call us immediately at 800-234-5354.

To block your card in digital banking, follow these instructions:

Once logged in, select Card Controls. You will see your cards listed, choose the card you want to block. Click the toggle icon next to the card to block your card.

Suspected Card Fraud

Due to the increase in the amount of fraud involving debit card transactions, you may be required to use your PIN for transactions at some merchants. If your transaction does not go through using your signature, please try your PIN to complete the transaction.

We advise you to always have an alternative form of payment with you to avoid the inconvenience of blocked transactions. If you need to obtain an alternate form of payment, please ask us about our credit card, prepaid gift cards, and more.

When we detect potential card fraud we will attempt to contact you to confirm. We encourage you to verify and keep your account contact information up to date to maximize response time.
