To block your card on our Mobile App, follow these instructions:
Once logged in, from the main menu select Card Controls. You will see your cards listed, select the card you want to block. You will receive a message confirming that you are blocking the card selected. Once you click confirm the card will be blocked.

To block your card on WebDirect, follow these instructions:
Once logged in, from the main menu select Settings, ATM/Debit Card. You will see your cards listed. Click the radial button next to the card you want to block., click Submit. The screen will refresh and you will see the words "Block" listed next to the card you selected. To confirm click Select to finalize the block.
