Privacy Policy

MembersAlliance Credit Union recognizes the importance of the privacy and confidentiality of our members personal information. To ensure that our members can rely upon our commitment to confidentiality, the credit union has adopted a privacy policy.

Digital Banking Security

Our digital banking, is only available for enrolled users, and uses industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption technology to secure and protect your personal information such as username, password, and account information. In addition, systems within digital banking such as, IPayDirect, Access MyCardInfo, and eStatements all use TLS encryption technology and a feature called single sign on, which means the only way you can get to these systems is by signing onto digital banking first. Two signs will confirm that TLS security is in use: 1) the URL will have a "s" in it and look like this "https://" and 2) a small padlock will appear in your browser's screen, typically at the bottom or top of your screen.

Our digital banking uses another layer of security protection called multi-factor authentication (MFA). MFA requires an access code when logging into a new device for the first time.
