Open positions:

Member Solutions Associate - This individual will be responsible for servicing our existing members’ regular transactions and cultivating new member relationships through the recommendation and referral of our products and services. Successful sales records and/or retail or branch banking experience is preferred. It is required that you have some cash handling and customer service experience. 

Member Support Specialist  - This individual will be responsible for handling member inquiries both in-person and by phone. Assists members with inquiries concerning their memberships, accounts, loans and Visa accounts.  Also takes members requests for wire transfers and may also monitor debit card fraud alerts.  Provides friendly, professional and personal service to all members. Prior banking experience is required.

Accounting Representative  - We’re seeking an individual capable of balancing a variety of accounting functions: ACH and mobile deposit reconciling, credit card account maintenance, open and closed account review, address changes, online bill pay review, and general ledger entries. A strong attention to detail is required, and prior bank accounting is preferrable. 2 years related experience desired.

Financial Care Representative  - Join a team focused on helping members in-need achieve financial health. This includes day-to-day functions regarding resolution of past due balances on loans, corresponding with members on resolution, maintaining daily calling queues, email communication, completing status reports, and clerical duties such as past due notices, notice of bankruptcy, and more. 1 year of prior experience required.

Financial Care Assistant - PART-TIME (25 HOURS PER WEEK/5 HOURS PER DAY).  This clerical position assists our members in a variety of ways regarding the administrative function of their loans.  It involves reviewing the files for missing items, scanning documents, filing new items, file creations, reviewing and processing of reports and recording and tracking of items as needed.

Member Experience Specialist – This position will provide a source for the financial needs for members. Responsible for providing adequate and timely assistance to people entering the member solutions area/branch for new accounts, IRAs, CDs, and other credit union products. The position is a combination of New Memberships, Member Services and Lending assistance for our members.
